Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate DevOps Engineers across teams and projects;

• Organize team operations and improve internal processes and delivery efficiency;

• Lead planning sessions, retrospectives, technical discussions, and 1-on-1 meetings;

• Manage team priorities, workloads, and technical direction;

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployments, development environments, and operational tooling;

• Promote infrastructure automation, standardization, and DevOps best practices;

• Ensure reliable and high-quality infrastructure support for development teams;

• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and reliability improvements;

• Drive collaboration between software developers and infrastructure engineers;

• Support hiring, mentoring, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
