As a Senior Account Executive, Education Programs you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of academic and healthcare education program accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner to drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewal, adoption, and growth. You will partner with academic leaders, faculty, administrators, and internal stakeholders to support successful implementation, workflow integration, training, and ongoing optimization of MCG solutions across programs, departments, campuses, and affiliated institutions.
