Job Description

Purpose:

Be the driving force in understanding and utilizing available resources and innovatively implement processes to ensure Manufacturing Excellence that provide a sustainable Clow.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Customer Experience
   1. Meet targeted uptime and efficiency requirements 100% of the time.
2. Employee Experience:
   1. Identify & implement two significant process/production opportunities that result in safety/enviro improvement, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and/or enhanced inventory control per year.
   2. Complete 1 team member performance and 1 team member safety conversation per month.
3. Leadership: Score 4.5/5 on 360 review (.2% incremental growth annually)
