About the Role
We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to help optimize and scale how MealSuite’s Product organization operates. Product operates as three distinct pillars, and this role is the newly created owner of consistency, efficiency, and trust across them. You'll drive process improvements end-to-end, from diagnosing gaps to driving adoption, while serving as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience.
This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who thrives without a defined playbook, is energized by ambiguity, and is ready to build the standards, processes, and trust that will move the organization forward.
What You’ll Do
- Identify process gaps and own the implementation end-to-end, diagnosis through adoption, including change management and communications
- Design and continuously improve outcome-based processes for intake, execution, and release, partnering with Agile Delivery
