Patient Scheduler

At MedCare Pediatric, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We provide personalized, one-on-one pediatric therapy and ABA services designed to help children reach their full potential. By partnering closely with families and supporting our therapists, we create meaningful, lasting outcomes for every child we serve. We are seeking a Patient Scheduler to join our team and play an important role in coordinating care for our patients and families. This position is responsible for managing patient and therapist schedules, communicating with families, and ensuring appointments are coordinated efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment with a high volume of calls and scheduling needs.
