Job Description

Company Description

Provisional Psychologist | Graduate Program 2027

๐Ÿ“ Bella Vista | Penrith | Campbelltown

Ready to turn your psychology degree into a career you'll love?

Your provisional year is one of the most exciting (and sometimes daunting) chapters of your psychology journey. At Real Therapy Solutions, we're here to make sure you don't just get through it, you thrive.

We're looking for Provisional Psychologists to join our 2027 Graduate Program, where you'll gain hands-on clinical experience, personalised support, and the confidence to grow into the clinician you aspire to be.

Working within our multidisciplinary team, you'll build your skills across a diverse caseload spanning the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents, adults and older adults, all while learning from experienced psychologists who genuinely want to see you succeed.

Job Description

๐ŸŒŸ Why You'll Love Our Graduate Program

We've designed our graduate experience around one thing: helping new psychologists feel confident, supported, and connected from day one.

Here's what you can look forward to:

โœ… Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for your first six months, then fortnightly thereafter

โœ… Monthly coaching and mentoring sessions

โœ… A dedicated graduate buddy who's been in your shoes

โœ… Ongoing professional development to keep your learning growing

โœ… Graduate catch-ups, networking opportunities and social events

โœ… Opportunities to observe experienced clinicians across multiple disciplines

โœ… Access to the MedHealth Academy with extensive learning resources and CPD opportunities

โœ… A varied and rewarding caseload that helps build confidence and capability

Qualifications

๐ŸŽ“ Who We're Looking For

You're someone who:

  • Is eligible for provisional registration with AHPRA
  • Is preparing to commence your internship year in 2027
  • Has experience supporting NDIS participants
  • Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Values feedback, supervision, and professional growth

๐Ÿค You'll Never Have to Figure It Out Alone

Let's be honest, starting your career can feel overwhelming.

That's why we've built a graduate program that prioritises connection as much as clinical development.

You'll join alongside other graduates, learn together, celebrate milestones together, and support each other through those inevitable "firsts".

Whether it's a challenging case, a tricky assessment, or simply one of those days when you need to debrief, there will always be someone in your corner.

Because great psychologists don't develop in isolation, they develop in supportive communities.
