Physiotherapist | NDIS & Paediatric Allied Health
Make therapy meaningful beyond the treatment session
Progress doesn’t happen only during an appointment. It happens when a child gains confidence in everyday activities, when families understand how to support development, and when practical strategies become part of daily life.
We’re looking for a Physiotherapist interested in making that kind of difference through individualised, functional therapy and collaboration with families and other professionals.
This is a contract-based opportunity within a paediatric-focused allied health environment, suited to a clinician who values practical outcomes, family involvement and a personalised approach to care.
What the role involves
- Assessing physical function, movement and individual therapy needs.
- Developing tailored physiotherapy programs around each client’s goals and everyday activities.
- Supporting mobility, strength, coordination and functional independence where appropriate.
- Working collaboratively with families, carers and other professionals to support consistent progress.
- Providing practical education and strategies that can be incorporated into everyday routines.
- Completing clinical documentation, progress reports and NDIS-related reporting as required.
What we’re looking for
- A Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience or a genuine interest in paediatric physiotherapy and disability support.
- Familiarity with the NDIS and its reporting requirements; previous NDIS experience is highly regarded.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and therapy-planning skills.
- A clear, supportive communication style and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Someone who works well collaboratively while taking ownership of their clinical responsibilities.
What’s on offer
- Contract-based work rather than permanent employment.
- An opportunity to contribute within a multidisciplinary allied health environment.
- A family-centred approach that values education, practical strategies and individual goals.
- The opportunity to apply your clinical skills to meaningful functional outcomes.
- A service model that includes clinic, telehealth and community-based settings, subject to the requirements of the role.
