Speech Pathologist

We are hiring for a well-established private practice in Perth's south-east to appoint a Speech Pathologist to their multidisciplinary team. The practice has built a strong local reputation over several years, has a steady stream of referrals, and offers the kind of environment where clinicians tend to stay — supportive leadership, sensible caseloads and colleagues who genuinely enjoy working together.
About the role
You'll see clients across the lifespan — paediatric through to adult and older-adult — working across communication and swallowing. The caseload is genuinely diverse, so you can lean into your areas of clinical interest while broadening your skills in others. Sessions are a mix of clinic, community and telehealth.
Day to day, you will:
- Complete comprehensive assessments for speech, language, voice, fluency and dysphagia
- Develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans in partnership with clients and families
- Deliver 1:1 intervention, and group sessions where clinically indicated
- Collaborate with the in-house multidisciplinary team and external treating clinicians
- Maintain clinical documentation and complete NDIS, Medicare and DVA reporting as required
- Provide education and coaching to families, carers and support workers
