Location: Hybrid in New York City (3 day in-office requirement)

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in-house at a fintech or payments technology company, is your foundation.
• Hiring across departments and levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership, is part of your track record.
• You love Sourcing, infusing dedicated structured blocks of time each week to proactively source and headhunt passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking, building strong pipelines independent of inbound applicant flow.
• Proven track record of managing multiple full-cycle searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-touch, responsive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Clear, persuasive communication helps you build trust quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders alike.
• Structured and detail-oriented by nature, you follow processes while always looking for ways to improve it.
