Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Meliora Academy, you'll provide individualized speech, language, communication, and feeding services to students ages three to 22. You’ll collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members to help neurodiverse students strengthen their functional communication skills, access appropriate AAC supports, and make meaningful progress across school, community, and vocational settings.

What You'll Need

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Connecticut State Department of Education 061 Certification and Department of Public Health licensure

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).

• Experience supporting neurodiverse students, including strong knowledge of AAC, feeding skills, and total communication approaches

• Current Safety-Care, First Aid, and CPR certificatio
