Role Overview

As our Head of Engineering, you'll lead around 8-10 frontend and backend engineers and report to our CPO. This is a hands-on role. We expect you to spend roughly half your time in the code and half leading and growing the team. We've just modernised our frontend, and now we want to build on it and deliver much more for our customers.

You'll set our technical direction and put clear, simple processes in place so the team can focus on what matters most. You'll also be the voice of engineering in our leadership team, helping product and the wider business understand the trade-offs behind big technical decisions.
