Relationship Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and provide timely assistance throughout the sales process.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Assist clients with property information, documentation, and transaction-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales and client relationship targets.
• Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and real estate developments in Dubai.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience with a UAE real estate developer.Applicants without this specific experience will not be considered.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must speak English + at least one additional language: Chinese/Mandarin, Kurdish, Italian, Malayalam, or Arabic.
• Strong client relationship, communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Real estate sales/client management experience preferred.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates must be based in Dubai.
