About the role

Merge is hiring an Onboarding and Transaction Monitoring Analyst to support customer onboarding and ongoing transaction monitoring across fiat and stablecoin flows. You’ll conduct KYC/KYB reviews, screen customers and counterparties, and investigate and escalate transaction monitoring alerts.

This role is ideal for someone early in their AML career looking to gain hands-on experience in fintech and digital-asset compliance, with opportunities to grow into broader Compliance or Compliance Operations roles.

Resposibilities:

Onboarding

• Conduct KYC/KYB reviews for individuals and businesses at onboarding

• Review corporate structures, UBOs, directors, shareholders and source of funds/wealth
