MeridianLink is seeking an exceptional UX Designer to design AI-powered experiences that are reshaping the fintech and loan origination space. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to move fast, push market boundaries, and help define what user-centered AI agents look like in financial services.
You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI to design and refine intelligent agent workflows that streamline complex lending processes. Rather than designing static interfaces, you'll architect interactive agent systems—designing how users collaborate with AI to originate loans, manage accounts, and solve financial challenges. Your work will directly shape how the industry thinks about agentic UX in fintech.
Key Responsibilities
Design AI agent interactions and workflows: Create user experiences where humans and AI agents work together seamlessly. Define how agents should present information, request input, handle uncertainty, and earn user trust throughout the lending journey.
