The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Associate to help give Metaforms a recognisable voice across the market research and AI world.

In this role, you’ll shape our brand across social, community, content, and product marketing, turning customer stories, team insights, and product launches into marketing the right people notice and remember. This role is based in Bengaluru, on-site.

What You’ll Do

• Ideate social and brand strategies to grow Metaforms within relevant research and AI circles

• Build recurring IP and content series that give Metaforms a recognisable voice

• Bring customers and community members together through conversations, sessions, and events

• Turn customer stories and team insights into blogs, newsletters, and short videos

• Translate product launches from “we shipped this” into “here’s why you should care”

• Collaborate with product, customer success, and leadership to keep messaging sharp and consistent
  

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, or community roles

• Genuine curiosity about AI, B2B products, and the people who use them

• A point of view on marketing and campaigns, and the ability to back it up

• Clear, engaging writing and storytelling skills

Bonus Points

• Startup experience

• Exposure to B2B SaaS or AI product marketing

• Experience creating short-form video or running community events

• Familiarity with the market research or insights industry
