Position Overview
As a Resource Manager, you will report to the Managing Director (MD) and wider leadership team and be based at our London headquarters in Farringdon. Your primary responsibility will be to support the effective utilization of our consultants, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and projects are staffed swiftly. You will play an important role in tracking project opportunities, anticipating consultant availability, and aligning resources with project needs. Your efforts will support effective project delivery while helping consultants develop their skills and gain experience aligned with their career aspirations and preferences.
