Who you are

Metropolis is seeking a Senior Director, Retail Growth to serve as a critical leadership position responsible for developing and executing the growth and commercial strategy for the retail segment. This leader will shape the long-term vision and roadmap for profitable growth in Metropolis’s retail sector, bringing together data-driven insights, commercial strategy, and ecosystem partnerships while owning the retail segment growth number. You will drive the commercial and strategic expansion of our retail exposure, scaling innovative offerings, leading B2B marketing initiatives, forging key partnerships, and leading business development to achieve market leadership and hit yearly growth targets.
