Job Summary:
The Land Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing land opportunities that support the company’s strategic growth objectives. This position manages the acquisition process from initial land identification and feasibility analysis through due diligence, contract execution, entitlement coordination and closing ensuring each opportunity meets the company’s financial, operational and market requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains relationships with landowners, brokers, developers and municipalities tracking opportunities through the online software platform.
- Sources and acquires land for the development of communities in the Indiana Market including but not limited to Boone, Hamilton, Hanc
