The Senior Manager, Decision Intelligence leads the team that turns Michels’ enterprise data platform into business value. This role builds and leads Analytics Engineering, Enterprise Reporting, Advanced Analytics, and Data Enablement, helping business and operations teams use trusted data to improve decisions, reduce manual effort, and scale better ways of working. 

This role sits on the Enterprise Intelligence leadership team and is expected to advise senior leaders, manage and develop a team, guide analytical quality, and focus the team on the highest-value opportunities. The team will enable self-service where appropriate, partner deeply where expertise is needed, and own selected business-critical analytics solutions that require long-term
