Catering Coordinator and Event Supervisor

Join our Dining Services team as a Catering Coordinator & Event Supervisor and play a key role in delivering exceptional events across the Middlebury College community.

This is a dynamic position that combines event coordination, customer communication, administrative organization, and hands-on event supervision. Working with a high-volume catering operation generating approximately $1.8 million in annual sales, you'll help bring everything from small meetings to large campus celebrations to life.

This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $21.91 - $26.09 per hour.
Shift differential is available for eligible shifts, are stackable, and can amount to a higher wage per hour.

- Weekend differential: an additional $1.00/hour
- Evening differential: an additional $1.50/hour
