Recruitment Manager

MidPlaza Holding is seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Manager. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. You will play a crucial role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS system.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.
