Training & Onboarding Specialist - Remote
Mindex is looking for a Training & Onboarding Specialist to coordinate and deliver engaging, high-quality training and learning experiences for customers across their designated products within the Mindex K-12 Product suite (SchoolTool, Advanced Analytics, Mindex Integration Platform, ClearTrack, and MTSS Edge).
As a key member of a cross-functional implementation team, this role collaborates closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure training is aligned with project objectives, product configuration, and customer workflows. Beyond initial onboarding activities, the Specialist delivers ongoing training support through instructor-led training, certification programs, and educational resources that help users build proficiency, expand product knowledge, and effectively leverage new features and functionality as products and processes evolve.
This position is open to remote, hybrid, and in-office candidates. All team members are required to deliver on-site customer training as needed, attend occasional in-person business meetings, and for those within commuting distance (35 miles) we actively encourage greater participation in our regular in-office events.
Compensation
$52,000 - $72,000
