About the Role
The Events Manager leads the planning, budgeting, execution, and continuous improvement of Mindful Support Services’ events. This role owns established event processes while strengthening structure, accountability, and consistency across the organization.
More than event coordination, this position drives stakeholders and senior leaders through decisions, deadlines, and preparation while ensuring Mindful’s brand and culture come to life at every event. Strong communication, attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and enthusiasm for travel are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for provider events, continuing education programs, recruiting and networking events, office openings, company celebrations, leadership retreats, executive offsites, and other priority events.
