About the Role:
The Insurance AR Manager leads a high-performing, scalable Insurance Accounts Receivable function focused on protecting revenue through timely claim resolution, denial management, financial reconciliation, and operational excellence. This role oversees Insurance AR Specialists, Leads, and an Assistant Manager, sets clear performance expectations, and ensures outstanding insurance balances are resolved in accordance with payer requirements and company standards
