The Director of Tax is responsible for developing, leading, and executing the Company's global tax strategy, tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax planning activities. As Mineralys transitions from a clinical-stage biotechnology company to a commercial-stage public biopharmaceutical organization, this role will build scalable tax processes and infrastructure to support commercialization, domestic and international growth, and evolving regulatory requirements.
