Events Specialist

MinIO's Events Specialist supports execution across Marquee, Trade Show, Regional, and Community events, including logistics, on-site operations, and post-event reporting. It's an entry-level role with broad exposure to event marketing, working directly with the Director of Field Marketing & Events. A strong fit for a recent graduate who's detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to learn by doing.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate logistics and vendors for US trade shows and marquee events, including booth build, shipping, and on-site setup/teardown
- Build and manage on-site staffing schedules and shift coverage for US event presence
