Site Engineer

We are hiring an experienced and energetic Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

If you have a strong track record of managing on-site day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with UAE structural and safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising daily construction activities, coordinating sub-contractors, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring strict adherence to approved drawings and local authority guidelines (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA). You will report directly to the Project Manager and serve as the main link between design plans and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure progress meets master schedules, structural specifications, and safety standards.
• Setting Out & Surveying: Verify levels, alignments, and positioning using surveying instruments relative to approved site plans and affection plans.
• Quality Assurance & Inspection Requests (IR): Prepare and raise Requests for Inspection (RFIs/IRs) for consultant approvals across concrete pours, reinforcement checks, and structural works.
• Subcontractor & Workforce Management: Direct sub-contractors, foremen, and site labor forces to maximize productivity
