POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Director, Event Planning is a hands-on event leader responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of key events supporting the Mirum portfolio. This includes internal events such as the National Meeting, Mid-Year Meeting, Launch Meetings, and Circle of Excellence Awards Program, as well as external events including priority Tier 1 and Tier 2 Congresses, Advisory Boards, exhibit booths, executive dinners, and ancillary meetings.
This is a leadership role that combines direct ownership and execution of complex events with responsibility for advancing event planning standards, processes, technology, and best practices.
