Business Manager, Credit Line Increase Program (CLIP)
Mission Lane is hiring a Business Manager to own the outcomes of one of our credit programs, reporting to the Director, Portfolio Management. The Portfolio Management Team is responsible for owning the underwriting process throughout the lifetime of existing accounts, understanding customer lifetime value (LTV), and creating pathways to customer success and graduation, all while staying true to our mission. This includes our Credit Line Increase Program (CLIP).

For a lot of our customers, getting their Mission Lane credit card is the first step toward building their credit. But what comes next is where the real progress happens: earning a higher credit line or a better rate, or qualifying for a second card.
