In the past 18 years, Mito has grown from 3 guys to over 230 people dreaming up the most clever things our clients have ever seen. We create creative campaigns, websites, apps, and digital solutions for inspiring brands all over the world.

To keep doing that, we need continuous growth. We are looking for a Growth Partner to drive the business development strategy of the Retail and Food & Beverage  portfolio. Your mission is simple: map out ideal client profiles, uncover new opportunities, and maximize cross-sell and up-sell potential with our key accounts.

Requirements

What you will be doing:

• Shaping the growth and client retention strategies for your industry vertical alongside the Portfolio Director.
• Spotting genuine leads, filtering out the noise, and turning cross-sell or up-sell ideas into real business.
• Owning the tender and pitch processes from end to end – from estimating resources to delivering the final, convincing presentation.
• Mastering our value proposition and tailoring it to your clients, while keeping an eye on industry trends to evolve our services.
• Working closely with our internal expert teams to design and validate industry-specific solutions that actually make sense.
• Proudly representing Mito at conferences and gathering the best showcasing materials from our key projects.
• Handling the less glamorous but crucial stuff: realistic budge
