About the Job:

Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) is looking for a Digital & Website Operations Specialist to help manage and evolve our digital ecosystem and deliver a consistent, engaging customer journey across MitsubishiCars.com.

As MMNA continues to invest in the growth of the digital roadmap, this role will be instrumental in ensuring the day-to-day operational health, accuracy, and performance of our digital properties. You will serve as a key owner of website operations, supporting content publishing, platform governance, quality assurance, reporting, user experience enhancements, and the coordination of digital initiatives across internal teams, agency partners, and technology vendors.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of digital marketing, website operations, customer journey, technology, and analytics. You will balance strategic marketing objectives with hands-on operational execution to help create digital experiences that engage customers and support MMNA's broader business goals.

Role Summary:

The Digital & Website Operations Specialist will support the day-to-day operations of MMNA's website ecosystem, ensuring content is accurate, functionality is working as intended, and digital experiences effectively support the customer journey.

In this role, you will apply established marketing strategies and customer journey principles to website content and experiences, coordinate website updates and releases, and support digital initiatives ranging from vehicle launches and campaigns to lead-generation programs and customer experience enhancements.

You will also use website analytics and customer behavior insights to identify optimization opportunities, make informed recommendations, and continuously improve MMNA's digital experience.

As a Digital & Website Operations Specialist, You Will:

  • Support digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Support day-to-day website operations, including content publishing, QA, functionality, and platform governance.
  • Coordinate website updates and releases across internal teams, agencies, and technology partners.
  • Apply marketing strategy and customer journey principles to website experiences and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Monitor website performance and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Use analytics and insights to recommend improvements to engagement and conversion.
  • Support SEO and emerging search optimization strategies, including GEO and LLM search.
  • Coordinate with agency and vendor deliverables, priorities, timelines, and quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website processes, governance, and operational efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

First 90 Days – Getting Up To Speed

  • Learn MMNA’s business, products, marketing objectives, digital ecosystem, and website platforms.
  • Build relationships across Marketing, Product Planning, Sales, IT, and agency partners.
  • Become familiar with website workflows, governance standards, publishing, QA, and approval processes.
  • Progress from supporting routine website updates to independently managing day-to-day website operations.
  • Coordinate website updates and releases across stakeholders and agency partners with increasing independence.
  • Begin using website performance and customer journey insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted resource who proactively communicates priorities, risks, and recommendations.

Year 1 Victory Lap

  • Achieving 95%+ on-time completion of assigned website updates and launches while maintaining content accuracy and governance standards.
  • Consistently following established processes for website requests, publishing, QA, and stakeholder deliverables.
  • Maintaining a low rate of post-launch defects and content errors through strong QA practices.
  • Successfully supporting major product launches, promotions, and business initiatives across MitsubishiCars.com.
  • Identifying and implementing 3–5 operational, process, or customer experience improvements.
  • Delivering regular website performance reporting with actionable recommendations that support marketing and business objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners and becoming a trusted day-to-day resource for website operations.
  • Proactively identifying risks, issues, and opportunities and bringing thoughtful, solutions-focused recommendations to leadership.

Ready to Join The Team? You Should Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in website operations, digital marketing, content management, digital customer experience, or a related field.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and website publishing processes.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, and website optimization.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, reporting, and QA/testing.
  • Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Extra Horsepower (Profile Differentiators):

  • Experience working in an agency-client environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, or customer journey optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO, GEO, LLM search optimization, and website analytics.
  • Experience supporting website operations, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Automotive or other consumer-focused industry experience.

Pay Transparency: 

The base salary for this position ranges between $60,000 to $68,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
