About the Team
The core philosophy of Mixpanel's GTM Enablement team is that navigating sellers through the AI-driven landscape requires a hands-on approach. We are intentional about reintroducing the human element to change management; facilitating live training, analyzing sales conversations, and doing the gritty work of shifting rep behaviors.
About the Role
As a Field Enablement Manager, you'll own the enablement experience for every seller and customer success professional in your region. You'll be the person they trust to help them get better, and a reliable partner to their leaders when a team needs to shift behavior.
