The Role
Oasis has product-market fit.
Now we're looking for the engineering leader who can help take it to millions of homes.
You'll lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the entire product - from firmware and hardware to cloud, mobile, and software. Your role is to build an engineering organization that moves fast, sets a high technical bar, and delivers a product that feels simple, magical, and reliable.
You'll work closely with the GM and the leadership team to shape both the product and the technology behind it. You'll help decide what we build, how we build it, and how we scale it.
This is an opportunity to lead engineering at the intersection of hardware, software, AI, and consumer experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering team
- Own the technical direction of Oasis as it scales from a successful product to a global category leader
- Bring together firmware, hardware, cloud, mobile, and software into one seamless customer experience
- Build a culture of speed, ownership, technical excellence, and collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Operations to shape both the roadmap and execution
- Make thoughtful technical decisions that balance customer experience, scalability, quality, and long-term maintainability
Who You Are
- You've led engineering teams building complex consumer products
- You're comfortable leading across multiple engineering disciplines—not just software
- You know how to build strong teams while staying close enough to the technology to make the right decisions
- You combine technical depth with excellent product judgment
- You care deeply about customer experience and understand that great technology should feel invisible
- You're energized by taking a product from strong product-market fit to global scale
Bonus Points
- Experience with IoT or connected consumer devices
- Background in consumer (B2C) products or startups
- Experience leading products that combine hardware and software
- Entrepreneurial experience or having helped scale an early-stage business
