Engineer

This is a wide-ranging position that contributes to the department responsible for supporting systems involved in studio production and transmission. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to learn independently, a tenacity for evaluating and improving systems, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and an understanding of signal flow and production tools.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain multiple studio production environments. 
• Support large postproduction and SAN systems. 
• Support advanced television graphics systems.
• Support transmission systems.
• Manage assigned vendor issues until full through full resolution.
• Lead the management of broadcast technologies at the engineering and operational levels. 
• Perform other duties as required. 

Qualifications and Skills:

• The position requires 10+years of hands-on experience supporting studio and postproduction environments. 
• Experience supporting production switchers, multi-viewer systems, large-scale audio consoles, and intercom systems.
