AVV PMO

The AVV organization ensures the safety, quality, and reliability of autonomous driving systems through large-scale Validation & Verification activities, collaborating closely with development, safety, and leading automotive OEMs. We are looking for an AVV PMO to lead organizational planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination across the group. In this role, you will drive alignment between strategic objectives and execution, providing end-to-end visibility into work plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization. You will partner closely with AVV leadership, team managers, and key stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and seamless program delivery. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Head of AVV—acting as a trusted right hand to advance organizational priorities, track key management decisions, and foster synergy across teams and initiatives. For this role, all 4 days would be based at our Jerusalem office
