Technical Sourcer- Temporary (1 year)

We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical Sourcer to join our one-of-a-kind sourcing team for a temporary position for 12 months. As a Technical Sourcer you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, gathering market insights, and supporting our hiring managers and recruitment team to unsure we achieve our hiring goals.   You will develop and execute sourcing strategies across a variety of technical domains and business units, partnering closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders. Through talent mapping and market insights, you will help shape hiring decisions and drive recruiting processes forward. You will also lead and contribute to cross-organizational initiatives focused on candidate experience, diversity, employer branding, and sourcing innovation.   Our ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with exceptional sourcing skills, a passion for building talent pipelines, and finding the best candidates for our organization.
