As part of Mode’s growing portfolio, NGL is entering its next phase: deepening engagement, scaling subscriptions and ads, and expanding globally (including an upcoming launch in China). 

The GM - NGL will run NGL as its own high-impact business inside Mode, using proven business-building chops, deep product instinct, and startup scrappiness.

The Role

The General Manager (GM) will lead Mode’s newly acquired business unit, NGL, overseeing strategy, product, growth, and operations to drive sustainable scale. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic vision with day-to-day execution and deep product intuition.
