This role is hybrid, and the Managing Attorney must live within driving distance of our office in McLean, VA.

We are seeking a Managing Attorney  to oversee the day-to-day operations in our McLean, VAoffice while handling diverse family law cases and making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. This position is critical in ensuring the productivity and profitability of the office by balancing legal expertise, team mentorship, and operational management.
