Paralegal

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a hybrid Family Law Paralegal to join our Petaluma, CA office.  Remote First Setting with Brick & Mortar Space Available (in-person as required by courts & clients). Paralegals are expected to go into the office once per week to handle administrative duties, such as checking the mail, etc.

Modern Family Law is seeking a Paralegal to handle diverse family law cases. This position plays a critical role in helping us maintain excellence in client service by balancing legal expertise, client advocacy, and collaboration.
