Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Ticketing Agent to support our FlightHub operations. You’ll manage ticketing requests, verify booking details, and process ticket issuances, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ticketing Operations: Issue, reissue, exchange, void, and refund airline tickets in accordance with airline policies and fare rules.
• Booking Validation: Verify passenger information, itineraries, fares, taxes, and ticketing deadlines.
• Fare Calculations: Calculate fare differences, applicable penalties, and refund eligibility.
• Schedule Changes: Manage airline schedule changes and involuntary adjustments, coordinating suitable alternatives when required.
• Quality & Compliance: Follow internal procedures and airline requirements to minimize errors and debit memos.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with customer service and internal teams to resolve booking and ticketing issues promptly.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate PNR remarks and clear documentation of all actions taken.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of hands-on airline ticketing experience using a GDS.
• Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticket issuance, reissues, exchanges, and refunds.
• C1 written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to prioritize requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset, reliability, and ownership of your work.

Work Schedule

This is an on-site role in Sheraton, Cairo, with rotational shifts aligned with Canadian time zones, including night and overnight shifts.
