As a German speaking Junior Merch Consultant at Monday Merch you are the first point of contact for our new potential B2B German speaking customer base. You provide customers with information about our service and help realize Merch projects of 1-150K euros for the coolest brands in Europe.
You will have the following responsibilities:
Together with the other Sales team members you are the point of contact for our customer. You built a relationship with your customers and make sure they sign the first order and come back after the first order
Your main KPI is the sign rate (% of # quotes signed and value of quotes signed) , Activity with customers and returning customer revenue
