As a Financial Advisor in the Moneybox Advice team, you are one of a group of qualified professionals making sure every plan our customers receive is suitable, clear and useful.  The plans themselves are generated by the Advice Engine — your job is to capture the required inputs from the customer, review the generated advice, explain it, and handle the cases that need a human to ensure good customer outcomes are achieved.
