About the role

We’re looking for a Copywriter to join our Creative team.This role is for you if you’re a strong writer, a curious thinker, and a customer-focused creative who knows how to turn ideas and insights into clear, engaging copy that people understand and act on.

You’ll work across Marketing, Product, Growth, CRM, Social, and Design to create communications for Moniepoint’s products and customers, from campaigns and product launches to CRM, social media content, performance ads, and everything in between, to develop messaging that supports acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer loyalty.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can adapt their writing across different channels and audiences while maintaining a consistent Moniepoint voice. You should understand consumer behaviour, enjoy solving communication problems, and know how to make complex informat
