A Day in the Life:
In the position of Lead, Batcher you will be responsible for directing and managing daily operations to ensure processes meet established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all food safety requirements from raw material staging, through kitting, batching, through the micro-blend to the filler. Ensure the blends of raw material to create a beverage product are to the exact specifications provided.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Manage and direct activities of the sanitation, and batching departments, ensuring product adheres to standards of safety, quality, and meeting production schedules. Verify all batching equipment meets the sanitary condition directed by the company requirements, including allergen control surface swabs--Adenosine TriPhosphate (ATP) swab results. <
