A Day in the Life:
In the position of Senior Consumer Relations Representative, you will deliver exemplary customer service to customers or consumers by providing accurate information, timely solutions to questions, inquiries, or problems. Work closely with internal teams to actively participate in resolution of inquiries, ensure customer requests are reviewed, processed, and analyzed in timely manner.

- Answer calls, e-mails, and written communication from consumers regarding all product lines.
- Create and maintain reports in the Consumer Relations database by inputting new consumer inquiries.
