A Day in the Life:
The Marketing Operations Project Manager manages and coordinates the end‑to‑end lifecycle of The Americas marketing contracts through the Conga system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely approvals, and proper execution. This role serves as the central liaison between Marketing, Legal, and stakeholders while maintaining contract records, reporting, and training to support efficient and compliant marketing operations.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Review the Conga front-end approval queue to identify new requests, ensuring all required information is complete, accurate, and compliant before routing to the appropriate person for approval.
