A Day in the Life:
In the position of Quality Supervisor, you will lead daily quality operations on the manufacturing floor, ensuring all products meet stringent food safety, regulatory, and company standards. Work closely with management to implement and maintain quality systems, provide leadership, and direction to the department Technicians, Batchers and direct reports.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule Quality Assurance (QA) technicians and batchers. Deliver supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures and applicable law.
