A Day in the Life:
As a Region Manager at Monster Energy, you'll lead a team of field sales professionals while partnering closely with bottler leadership to drive execution, volume growth, and market share across your assigned territory. Each day, you'll collaborate with bottler partners and key retail customers to execute joint business plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment on strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You'll spend time coaching and developing your team in the field, conducting market visits, analyzing performance metrics, and influencing execution at every level of the bottler organization.
