At Montu, we are looking for a Medical Team Lead to join our growing Clinical team, combining clinical practice with the opportunity to lead, mentor and develop a team of doctors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting others, has experience providing clinical guidance and supervision, and is confident in building strong working relationships with clinicians and consultants.

You will play a key role in supporting the professional development of our Junior Clinical Fellows (JCFs), helping them build confidence, develop greater clinical autonomy and deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
