About the Role
The Retail Customer Operations Team is dedicated to addressing trading friction points across different user lifecycles, centered on user needs, to drive user value growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated graduate to join the team and support user strategy, growth initiatives, data analysis, and cross-market collaboration.
This role provides an opportunity to gain exposure to investment markets and acquire valuable hands-on user growth experience within an international fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Project Support & Performance Analysis
- Support the execution of key growth initiatives including user strategy and growth campaigns;
- Track project performance, user feedback, and market responses;

- Help identify optimization opportunities and improve operational effectiveness.
